Why should I take a tour with iBikeBelgrade?

Because it is the coolest way to discover this great city!

What is the price of the tour?

Our private City Center Tour and the Riverside Tour cost 30 Euro pp, and has a drink included. If you are one person only the price is 45 euro. The combination of both tours is the Grand Belgrade Tour and costs 55 Euro pp including a private guide. Please ask us for the prices of  day tours and multi-day tours.

Where and when does the tour start?

All our tours start and end at our shop in Karadjordjeva 11 near Brankov’s Bridge at the riverside. Easy to reach from the center by foot or else by taxi (we recommend Pink Taxi or the Serbian Uber called Car:go) or by tramline 2, which has its end of the line across from our shop. Tours start at any time you like and agree with us.

Do I have to be in good physical condition to join the tour?

No, anyone who ever rode a bike can join the tour. With the Riverside Tour we will cycle in an easy going manner without climbing any hills. Half way we will take a break to relax and recharge for the second part of the tour.

The City Centre Tour includes one hill and is only suitable for those who are used to cycling. As we go through the center of Belgrade, the traffic can get quite busy. We will use the safest ways to go through town, by making use of the many parks in Belgrade. Also, your guide will watch over your safety as much as possible! We also have comfortable e-bikes for an additional 15 Euro, which will take away all the hills!

Does the tour continue when it rains?

Yes, the tours are on offer every day, no matter what the weather is like. Belgrade’s summer rains are usually light drizzles that end quickly.

How long is the tour?

The Riverside Tour is  15 km long and takes about 3 hours, including stops. The Highlights Tour is about 12 km long and takes about 3 hours.

Can I book a tour in advance?

Yes, all tours need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. After your booking you get a confirmation or we’ll contact you if it is not possible to organize the tour on the day or time you booked.

Can I rent a bicycle without taking the tour?

Yes, you can! Our regular city-bikes are also for rent. The bikes are high-quality city bikes with 7 gears. The rental price of one bike is 12 euro p/day or 4 euro p/hr.

We also offer trekking-bikes for rent to those who want to go out riding for a few days. If you want we include bags and helmets and a toolset.  The price per day is 18 Euro p/bike.

We also offer high-quality e-bikes for 25 Euro p/day!

All information about rental can be found on our rent-a-bike page.

However, we suggest you first take a tour with iBikeBelgrade, so you know where to go once you rent a bike yourself!

Do you offer tours in other languages than English?

Da, ja, si, oui! We can offer tours in many different languages, probably also yours. Make sure to book a private tour and let us know in which language. We have guides from all over the world who speak Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish , French, Russian and of course Serbian / Bosnian/ Croatian!

Can I work at iBikeBelgrade?

Yes, you can! You can apply for a job with iBikeBelgrade only if you are very nice and friendly, you love Belgrade, you are willing to show others how great Belgrade is, and your English is good. Oh, by the way, you should be able to ride a bike, too! Send an e-mail with your motivation letter and CV to info@ibikebelgrade.com.

Can you recommend other ways to discover Belgrade?

Yes, we can!

If you’ve done one bike-tour, make sure not to miss the second one! Both the ‘City Center Highlights Tour’  and the ‘Riverside Tour’  showcase a unique side of Belgrade but joined together they give a 100% complete overview of Belgrade, its neighborhoods, streets, people and its history and future! And on the way you’ll have a lot of fun too!

The coolest and best way to learn all about the history of Socialist Yugoslavia is to take the extremely cool Yugotour! You will be driven around in an original Yugo and discover everything about the Rise and Fall of Yugoslavia! Please check out www.yugotour.com.

Who is responsible for my safety during the tour?

You are! Although our guides try to get you through Belgrade in the safest way possible by using the best routes and bicycle-paths wherever possible, you are the one that is responsible for your own safety. You are therefore also responsible to check your bicycle before starting the tour to see if everything works and if you feel safe on it. All information can be found in our disclaimer. From the moment you join the tour you agree with everything written in the disclaimer.

What happens if a tour is cancelled?

We always try to make sure you can make the bike-tour you want. In case of severe weather conditions we will change the time or date of the tour. If you booked a tour in advance and you want to make changes or cancel it, please check our refund and cancellation rules at the bottom of the  disclaimer.
